Couldn't use necro scythe in bone colossus form

In battle grounds, I transformed into a bone colossus and I had three targets in front of me - attacking me - for what felt like an eternity but no matter what I did I couldn't get the scythe skill to activate. When I reverted back into normal form, it worked but it still seems like it isn't really as responsive as it was before the update
