Apologies if this has been reported before. I searched but couldn't find anything.
This is three different bugs rolled into one: since last DLC patch the following happens when interacting with any and all NPCs:
1) Dialog audio takes 2-3 seconds to start playing, but dialog animation starts immediately. Frequency: ALWAYS.
2) Their mouths don't move when they finally start "talking". They can go the entire dialog without ever moving their mouths. Frequency: ALWAYS.
3) The displayed dialog text doesn't match the audio. Frequency: seems to only happen with opening menu of daily quest NPCs, merchants and such. Only instance I've found outside those is M'aiq the Liar. His audios never match the text. At first I thought "Oh, clever meta in-joke" but then it started happening with all NPCs.
How to reproduce: talk to any NPC.
Workaround: interact with NPC, hit Goodbye, interact again. Doing this returns NPC behavior to normal except for the dialog text.
Please fix this It is very distracting and immersion-breaking.
