I logged in this afternoon to see if PvP was possible in the face of the horrendous lag, and came across a small fight in a home keep (about 5v7).
Whenever I went to run it was like I was wading through water. It was extremely slow and sprinting made no difference, nor did minor expedition or major expedition. This was a permanent effect that only went away after a visit to Cheesemonger's Hollow.
Is this a new, widespread bug? Has anyone else experienced this?

✭✭✭You are slowed during a resto or lightning staff heavy attack. There once was a bug whereby you sometimes remained in the snare afterwards. I thought this was fixed. In any case, if that's what it is, doing another heavy attack with a channeling weapon might break you out of it.0
