New raid lead. Need vCR and vSS advice.

I am going to be running some trials in one of my guilds. The plan is to do vSS and vCR. I have returned to the game after three years. So much has changed in that time. The meta has completely shifted. Also, I main a healer, so my perspective is a bit different. I am familiar with vSS and the hardmode. Not so much vCR. I have only done +1.

I would like some advice on sets for healers and tanks for both trials. Also, for each trial, what minimum DPS is required for a reasonably stress-free run? I was thinking 70k for vSS? Not so sure about vCR.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated

Right now the typical healer setup is ro/jo/spaulder group healer and spc/pillagers/symph kite healer, this holds true in vSS and vCR. For vCR the kite healer should have major expedition and preferably be warden or sorc. Kite healer should also use ele sus on the orbs. vSS the tomb healer should have brp restro.

That’s really helpful. Thank you. That’s my healer set-ups sorted. Any idea of the DPS requirements of each trial. Just need someone with knowledge of the tanking sets to weigh in now. Thanks again for the great advice!
