Ansei Frandar Hunding - Cannot complete deck

On Xbox, I cannot complete the Ansei Frandar Hunding Deck. The Delver's piece will not drop. I have completed all the delves numerous times over, and get nothing. Did anyone else experience this? Any ideas how to fix?

✭✭✭Do you know about how often you tried? The drop chance of some items may be way lower than you'd expect.

NoSoup✭✭✭✭✭It was a punish for me on PC/NA, was the last one to drop. Had to spawn camp the boss. If you have a friend that also needs it the easiest way is to both go to the same delve with them on a character that hasn't killed the boss yet. Get them to hide and NOT engage the boss while you kill it. This will break the respawn timer and have the boss respawn much faster. Once you have the lead you then switch to a character that hasn't killed the boss yet and do the hiding. (important that you don't group up or it will count as a boss kill for the person hiding which will put the boss back on its default timer)Formally SirDopey, lost forum account during the great reset.....0

SatanicSister✭✭✭✭I'm having some issues with Slayer Ansei. Have killed all the world bosses, some of them several times, still no deck piece. Ofc RNG is the worst at something I absolutely don't want to do (I hate group content). It's also the last piece I'm missing from the Ansei deck. So it's also only thing keeping me from getting Sorcerer-King Orgnum.There is life after death, be patient and you will see.0 -

OzymandyusSoul ShrivenI have the same issue on PC/NA; have killed more than 50 delve bosses and spent hours farming bosses/monsters in the delves.
The tool-tip just says that it is "found occasionally" in the delves, which isn't clear. Found occasionally doing what? Does it drop from bosses only or can it be found as loot in regular monsters and containers? Why use this language for the Delver fragment when the Hero fragment clearly says it is "found occasionally after defeating bosses"?
I had the bug with the Diplomat's fragment as well. Never did drop after completing 'A Chance for Peace'.0
