✭✭✭If you mean the low gold cost every time you used to travel - that was a bug and not a feature. Unfortunately. Came up in a thread on here a while back and as soon as I learned I had wasted my Seals of Endeavor buying it (friend told me about the low gold travel cost and we all thought it was a feature, not a bug, so we all rushed to buy it), I put in a support ticket to ZOS asking to remove the collectible and refund my seals, which they actually did.
