    It's the same thing that happens every year. They apologize for the issues in the previous year, swear this year will be different and nothing really changes.

    Extremely buggy patch with even more patches exclusive to controller users, getting rolled out onto consoles anyways. You cannot make this stuff up lmao.

    Hey folks, just to follow up here, both fixes have passed QA and we are planning to include them in the next PC and console incremental patches, both of which are scheduled for the week of April 10.

    Great to hear, but this means nearly a full month with a broken combat system for the PC players, after last patches 2 months with a broken combat system. That is an entire quarter of the year cumulatively where the game did not work properly for everybody.

    Is there any sort of compensation planned for this? Perhaps an eso+ credit or crowns? Will @ZOS_MattFiror or @ZOS_BrianWheeler address this? It is pretty frustrating to have these issues in spite of all the statements made in December and January in regards to how the studio would "do better" this year, and how important the core combat system is to the studio's values.

    @React as somebody who basically only pvps (though admittedly I barely play much anymore because of lack of performance or anything new for pvp) I appreciate your posts...

    so this won't be fixed till the 10th? gives me even less desire to log in now.....

    im just curious, i thought with stadia closing, fixes would be going out quicker now you dont have to get certification?

    is QA actually testing it this time?

    why are so many bugs being left to go to live even after feedback on the pts?

    why has communication slowed back down again?

    there are so many things that need to be answered, we need more communication because right now the same copy pasta answers are not cutting it any more.

    To be fair; I don't think anyone at ZOS said cadence for fixes would speed up. We all just hoped. Just like the focus on fixing is like quarter 3 rather than the entire year. Not that this means I feel any better about it. It's just the facts.

    This. Like I'm not trying to shoot the messenger or anything as I know @ZOS_GinaBruno has nothing to do with the actual implementation of fixes and stuff, but taking the block bug into account means that combat has been functionally broken for a quarter of the year. That really isn't ok.

    My 2 groups and other friend groups are having massive issues. Myself I'm pressing L1 for deep breath and Flames of Oblivion Is casting which is triangle.... (Ps5 obv)
    Skills not casting or delayed. Resulting in over casting and having bd sustain due to over casting.

    Vdsr hm mechanics buggy - tanks getting debuff and have to boss swap within 5 seconds of just already having the debuff and swapping bosses.
    Swords/axes dropping more frequently than usual?

    Pb prog bahsei got stuck and didn't move

    Some of my dds are having the heavy attack bug getting stuck

    Feels like tanks are taking far more damage than previously before this patch

    so much mess. Not sure why I keep holding on with hope things getting better

    Are these some of the issues that are due for the fix on 10th April or some new ones you're unaware of?

    This morning encountered another 3 bugs....
    Traveled from stonefalls to Auridon once out of the way Shrine I couldn't use any skills, mount or anything. Only could run with char. Had to force close app.

    Queued for my daily ToT. Once logged back in. Accepted a match that popped. Spawned in to the game and insta defeat and got a 10 minute cool down!

    Picked up a daily jester festival quest. Rode to the first part of the quest none of the npcs was there as usual. Reloadui still nothing. Force close app again.

    This is beyond a joke. This isn't enjoyable and this isn't what I've been paying eso plus for. For years and spending money on crowns, dlcs and such!

    Does this bug affect LA>Skill>bash (in one GCD)? I am having problems consistently pulling this off.

    Edit: just realized the skill i use is on a bumper. Could be part of my problem.

    I tested this out on my Xbox X and it's all very true. Which makes no sense specifically with the bumpers and jumping.

    Also another long standing Bug is the daedroth boss in shadowfen still spawns in the ceiling of the cave and pretty 99% impossible to hit, if you can even hit him. These lists of bugs are ever growing

    I logged in to test this in Cyrodiil today. After 2-3 weeks break. I could jump around and cast everything, so it looks like this is not a problem on Playstation. But i didn't get to test the break free stuff. Because with 3/9 bars online everything was so laggy that i decided to just close the game again and do something else. Not going to play this mess anymore until someone tells me it's ok to come back...

    My friends on PS have told me it is still an issue there for them. To be clear; the jump and cast bug only applies to abilities on your bumpers (L1/R1) and only when you press jump + L1/R1 simultaneously, or EXTREMELY close together (<50ms)

    Glad to hear, but I was really hoping they would do a hotfix as soon as they came up with the fixes since a lot of players have already been waiting and now need to wait another 2 weeks or just push the incremental patch to Monday next week.

    Still not fixed. Waiting on a response from @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_Kevin , since Gina's earlier comment seemed to imply that they had a fix for this bug that had already passed QA, and should have been included in today's patch.

    Hate stating the obvious, but the break free and bumper skill bugs make PVP not worth playing, i.e. they are significant, game-breaking flaws.

    If they said these would be fixed on the 4/10 patch, and they weren’t, it would be very unprofessional to not provide an explanation for why they were unable to deliver on what was said.

    I understand things don’t always go according to plan; some transparency and good will towards customers would be much appreciated.

    This comment indicated that the break free animation bug was supposed to be fixed in this week's patch. It was not fixed. This a serious combat issue that significantly disrupts the flow of combat.

    Here is a video from today (4/14) in PVE to show that this bug still exists. You can see after each of the 3 break frees that the animations for my abilities are hidden. The first break free I cast caltrops, the second I cast wall of elements, and the third I cast destro ult.
