When did the Riding Trainer changed ?

As far as I know this changed yesterday with 8.3.6 ... is this a bug or a change ? 12 hours 53 minutes instead of 20 hours.

That day Emperor Varen Aquilarios disappeared without a trace. His wife, Clivia Tharn, ascended to the Ruby Throne as Empress Regent under the guidance of the Necromancer Mannimarco. Ushering a time of increased instability within the Empire of Cyrodiil which finally grew into “The Three Banners War”.

✭✭The timer counts down till the next reset, so if you do training an hour before reset, the timer will start at 1 hour.0 -

It's not a bug. Mount training is not on a 20 hour timer anymore, it resets once daily at the same time as daily quests reset.2
