PS5 - Unexpected Internal Error on NA server

I can login to my account on the EU server, but not the NA server. The NA is my primary account. I am on an unmodified PS5. I've asked in general chat, and other folks don't seem to be having an issue. Is there a problem with my NA account?

Since the update on March 28, I see this inscription several dozen times a day on all four console servers.

Did you wait 3 minutes since you logged out of one server to log into the next? There was a hotfix applied to have a delay
