Firefox + Yay! Another Speed dial! extension. Clicking any dial with no name (transparent png and enter [space key] for the title) send ESO as keyword in my default search engine.
My settings (attached file) back-up you can import if you wish: ( ... (menu) > settings > backup tab > import all)
