death knell % not visible in stats?

I have a question about stats. I have the death knell passive for 32% critical change. I don't see this 32% in my stats for weapon crit. Any idea how that's possible? Thanks in advance for a reply.

It doesn't trigger until the execute phase (< 25%) and since its by individual target basis it won't reflect on the character sheet.
