So, when the new DLC launched, I entered Bal Sunnar and wondered why I didn't get the promised emote just for entering the dungeon - it had been like that the years before and I was sure that I read it somewhere in an announcement (just last Saturday or Sunday or so, shortly before the DLC was released). Checked the news on the official site, found this:

Of course one could discuss now whether it makes sense to gift people something just for, well, buying or using content, but that's not the point here. I'm wondering why this was changed to suddenly, just a day or two before release, and without any notice about it?
