Heavy attack timer/status bar

In multiple build videos such as Deltia's, Xynode, etc., I see a bar on their screen showing where they are in their current light/medium/heavy attack. Does anyone know how to get that progress bar? I tried the "heavy attack helper" addon but the dependencies are out of date and it won't work. I tried looking all over in my settings for Bandit's UI and also could not find it.
