Farwatch Tower (Glenumbra) should have a "Points of Interest" map marker, but has never had one

Farwatch Tower (Glenumbra) should have a "Points of Interest" map marker, but has never had one.
Technically one could argue this isn't a bug since it's been in the game since launch...
BUT, it is an area that has not just one but TWO quests associated with it: "Signals of Dominion" and "Wayward Scouts". Which came to my attention when I had to reach the Farwatch Wayshrine for the "Sojourn of the Druid King" Firesong Prologue quest, on account of the nearby Beldama Wyrd camp.
I suggest the following:
- "Farwatch Tower" should have a map marker, of this name. The most approrpiate marker would be the one that looks like a ruined tower, similar to Cambray Pass or Baelborne Rock.
- This map marker should be placed at the tower itself, on the large island north of Farwatch Wayshrine.
- It should be associated with one or both of the quests "Signals of Dominion" and "Wayward Scouts": completing these quests should make the area "completed" (turns white on the map): before this, "discovering" Farwatch Tower should make it black on the map.
- If it is decided to associate the area with only one quest, "Signals of Dominion" should be the one.
