[REQUEST] Allow character name localization

I don't know how to implement but my Argonians have carefully selected names and I would really like to have them understandable for other languages as well. Could we have an option in which to define the names in other languages than the standard language as well?

I don't think the game could translate names effectively, because one word can often have several subtly different equivalents in other languages and may not have an obvious direct translation, so there's a good chance it would change the meaning.

If someone wants to know what your characters name means and doesn't know the language it's written in I think it's better for you to explain it.

I've seen people suggest an ''examine'' feature for characters where you can post your characters' backstories and stuff. I feel like the translations would work nicely here

That is also a nice idea.

I on my side had in mind that the player himself can do the localization in the available languages. Of course for those languages that the player wants to have localization for his/her name.

Ah I see, I thought you meant you wanted the game to translate it into whatever language the player looking at it was using.

In that case I think it would make more sense to have a free text field where players can write whatever they want other people to know about them, rather than one specifically for translating names, because then I think it would be more widely used. (Which also means ZOS are more likely to add it.)
