Hello. I've posted this discussion in an attempt to keep an up-to-date answer on the bash damage formula calculation; the discussions I've already found on this subject had posting dates ranging from 2014 to 2021, and we all know combat has been changing quite a bit recently. If this thread catches on, I'll look into adding more information on other mechanics and try to update it as changes are made by ZeniMax.
To start, however, is there anyone here that knows the current calculation for bash damage, prior to the Scribes of Fate DLC? You'll be credited with providing the information, I'm just here to compile it all into one place.
