Frost cloak wiped by Bone Armor

Have tried searching on here but coming up empty.
The few times I've healed recently, I've noticed Frost Cloak dropping off at random, not timing out. After some testing, there seems to be an issue when a cro OT casting Beckoning Armor, clearing Major Resolve from group members in range. Unsure if it's just a visual bug and the resistances still are buffed albeit invisibly, or if the entire effect clears. If this isn't a known issue, I can check the resistance numbers later and update my post.
