Lead "Spiked Bridge" of the "Death Dealer’s Fete won´t " drop - Bug?

For about 4 month I play every day PVP random battlefields. I do also Imperial City and Cyrodiil. Every day I get several "rewards of the worthy". But until today I have not got the lead "weighted spiked bridge". I have received the other 4 leads of the Death Dealer#s Fete without problems. Anyone got the same problems?

✭Having a very similar issue. Opened ~100 RotW so far and nothing to be seen.

I got the lead again in this event despite only opening 3 or 4 RotW mails total so far.1 -
