Millenith not giving me the crafting certification quest

No idea what's going on, I don't have the quest, I don't get the daily crafting writs on this char (except for alchemy/provisioning/enchanting), and the NPC doesn't give me the quest either.

    Are you the minimum level to start these? I think it's 6 (or 8).
    PC NA Yes, I use add-ons.

    I'd try a shut down and restart of the game and failing that working I'd go with a support ticket.
