That is not a typo.
I appreciate the mask but could I instead get the heavy shadowrend one that I am actually missing? Pretty please math.rnd?

the monster style page only drops when the associated arms pack is in the crown store

so you will have to wait for shadowrend arms pack to show up in the crown store to have a chance to get it from the coffer (or drop in the dungeon)

Interesting, wonder if shoulder page drops also as intended or it's bugged for only a mask page to drop.

Indeed and only from the associated dungeon last boss, not like at the mystery coffer like in the image.

I tested only 40 keys but seems to follow the 5% drop chance.

It drops both mask and shoulder. Wanted to get the shoulder from 1-key coffers, after 20 keys ended up with both style pages:
