[PC] Launcher leaves icon in notification bar on exit

Every single time I run the ESO launcher, and then quit it using the 'x' button at the top right of the window (this is the only 'normal' way to exit the application), it leaves its icon on the notification bar in Windows. The icon only vanishes when I mouse over it.

There is a fix for this here on the StackOverflow site, related to using C# but the fix can also be adapted for whatever language the launcher is implemented in. Can the ZOS devs please take note of this? Yes, it's a very minor problem, but correspondingly easy to fix.
