V Earthen Root Enclave, first boss HM two bugs

My dungeon group and I have had two new bugs this week block us while doing VERE 1st boss HM. The first happened twice where the 2nd stone shield didn't appear during the 60% phase (

The second bug was after a rock shield was used the boss decided to AOE us while we were running through the 2nd shield (

✭✭✭✭✭ive occasionally seen the issue with the 2nd rock not appearing even on normal, but its certainly not too frequent (and not deadly in normal like it is in vet lol)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
