Drowned Mariner Legs bugged in outfit station

Hello.
I went to dye the Medium Drowned Mariner legs but it's not working.
The first slot is supposed to be the shirt, the middle one is supposed to be the pants, and the third one is supposed to be the flap of the vest.
Well, the middle slot isn't doing anything, and the pants take on the color of the shirt.
Can this be fixed please?
