Happened several times already, most recently when I changed zones. Saw this reported 3 yeas ago and nothing's changed. This is a serious problem when you've been stuck in queue for an hour already because of role or dungeon choice and then this happens on top of it. One hour down the drain. And no, this has nothing to do with the accept/reject timer.
