EHT problem with FX menu

Hello, I'm using Essential Housing Tools for some years and after some time I'm back to tweak a bit the FX I put in a house, that I'd like to edit or replace.
But the FX menu is no more available??
When I mouse over the "magic wand" icon of the EHT general button, there is nothing happening
("Housing Tools", "Bank & storage", "Housing Hub" do work still, and they still display their name when moused over)
Is the addon broken nowadays or is it just me? Any solution?

MageCatF4F✭✭✭✭No idea, EHT acts strange at times and so on. Has happened to me. It is pretty involved stuff.
I can tell you my EHT is acting normally right now. I am still using the slightly older version 1769 on my account. Other family accounts have version 1771 and report nothing unusual.1 -

Thanks, I deleted the current version and loaded the 1769 and all worked fine again.
