Refreshing Path Framerate fixed in October, seems to still exist

I can play on any character for 2 or 3 hours and be fine. But when I use my NB with Refreshing Path; I start to lose frame rate about an hour and a half in.
Are there any graphic settings that might help or is it just bugged again?
