The Templar skill Puncturing Strikes has an animation that involves your weapon disappearing, the appearance of the Aedric Spear, three strikes of the spear, disappearance of the spear, then your weapon reappears.
With the old skill/animation prior to U35 (which had 4 strikes and a cast time of 1 second), the weapon reappearance was immediate after the cast. With the new skill/animation (three strikes and around 0.8 second cast time), the weapon reappearance is not immediate, and appears to be timed to the old spear animation time/cast duration, i.e. there is now a gap of around a 1/5 to a 1/4 of a second between the disappearance of the Aedric Spear and the reappearance of the weapon.
This is clearly a bug, or rather a leftover unfinished aspect of the animation/skill change. I'd like to know whether this will be getting fixed.
