Possibly suggestions to help alleviate this some if the developers ever want to incorporate them.

    1) A new home (Maybe crown shop purchase) that has a built in Armory/Museum with a section for each item set in the game where it has 3 mannequin (1 for each armor type of that set) and a spot for 1 trinket, 2 rings, 2 of each 2 handed weapon and shield and 4 for each 1 handed weapon. And then allow the player to slowly fill that museum with their drops and give them the option to pull the items down when they need them to use again.

    2) The ability to invest your gems into your reconstructor where every 100 you devote into it it reduces the costs of your jobs by 1 gem where you can eventually get it down to zero cost.

2a) While also giving you the ability to invest upgrade materials into it as well which will raise the base quality of anything you reconstruct up to that level at a minimum. Then players can start rebuilding their sets to be free and legendary by default when reconstructed. But they will have to work for it and it won't be cheap, but doable.

2b) Or a possible alternative to 2a, just have the sticker book version of the item be locked to the same quality as you have had that item before. So, if you have a legendary version of it, your reconstructed version will be legendary as well.

    3) All these Bind On Pickup furniture items we can get through scrying, we can't trade them, we can't vendor them and unless we are actively using them, they are just taking up space. So instead of an item, let them be more stickers for the collection book at well. Have it setup where every furniture item is either crafted and able to be found/sold or a sticker book item.

But the fact remains, having to deconstruct your level CP160 set gear just to make room because there is THAT much of it is a bit much in and of itself. I think plenty would spend crowns on a house that could show off everything they have found or invest plenty into making their reconstruction of gear cheaper.

Especially for the players that like to actually try lots of variations for their play style and don't want to deconstruct gear then reconstruct it, re-upgrade it, and then re-enchant it the next time they want to use it just because of space issues.

The number of everything (sets, furnishing plans, recipes, furnishings, antiquities, mythics, motifs, style pages) constantly grows.
The number of inventory slots (bags, bank, housing storage) - does not.
(though Necrom Chapter will give 2 more inventory mules characters)

Where is the logic, you ask?

I think the mannequins are one of the most wanted feature for ESO inventory. I'm ready to buy them for crowns, if you ask me.
Really, I would agree even if they turned the house furniture inventory to gear inventory with some kind of furniture items.
Like mannequin holds up to 14 items, so it takes 14 slots of furniture in the house.
Or like huge armory stand that holds some gear/weapon items and takes the same amount of furniture slots up to house maximum.
Displaying those items would be a plus but it is not neccessary.

Regarding those chests: I have all eight of the HUGE Windows of the Divines because I paid crowns for that pack when it came out. I still haven't really placed them around...it's a chore.

I have them stashed in my chest...how are they fitting in there?
Ebonheart Pact, Nord Templar/healer on NA Xbox server. My main toon WAS a tall and foxy redhead - now she has been gamma-irradiated and has green skin and black hair. 3 other characters I only use for writs. Can't be bothered to create multiple toons - EXCEPT now my WW is getting spooled up for Cyrodiil - Blood For The Pact! IRL cranky sometimes redhead chick at large in Las Vegas, NV
