Can no longer log in to PC-EU and PC-NA at the same time?

As of 2 or 3 days ago, I'm no longer able to log in on one PC server and then use a separate client to log into the other PC server using the same account. I used to do it often do get daily writs done faster (Writs on EU while I have a loading screen on NA, then switch, rinse and repeat), or sometimes to reference a character I had on one server when trying to set a similar one up on the other.
Now, when I log on to the other server in the 2nd client, it gives me a error, and kicks the character in the other server back to the login screen with a different error.
Example: I log into PC-EU, pick a character, and spawn in at the tables in Vivec City. I Alt-Tab to a second client, and log into PC-NA using the same User ID. That second login attempt fails, and I get this error:
The client where I was logged in to PC-EU freezes, and a few seconds later, it sends me back to the Login screen and displays this error:
Did something change, or is it something on my end? And if it's a change to something on the servers, is it intentional? And if that's the case, why?
