Missing transparency property on the Sul-Xan Greaves

I believe you forgot to adjust the transparency on the model for the heavy Sul-Xan Greaves, specifically on the skirt. It looks like it's supposed to be ripped up along the edges with the seam where it's supposed to be ripped up being clearly visible, but the texture just continues past said seam. Once you see it you can't un-see it:
