Cant Retrieve acces code via e-mail

Hello, i didnt log in game since a few month, so i tried to login trough the website and he asked me to fill in an acces code send via mail to recognize my pc
I got the acces code via mail filled it in on the website and it worked

Now i had the same message when i wanted to log into my game account in my client pc... result i don't get any mail at all with acces code... not in spam not in normal mailbox... i tried it a few days, 3 days in a row but nothing...

This is so frustrating..., anyone encountered the same problrm and knows how i can fix this problem? tyvm

    I've been encountering this issue consistently, and across pretty much every account my friends and family have. On one account it took 8 days to finally get a code that worked. On another, it took 6. And on another, it has been an average of 3 days, but it has happened 11 times in 3 months.

    The FAQ solution, which is also the solution Customer Service will cut and paste, has never worked to resolve the problem in any of the instances we have had. Multiple email platforms and providers have been used to try and mitigate the issue. It is evident that the problem is not on the customer's end.

    This feature needs to have the option to be turned off by players. It doesn't function as it should and completely prevents players from accessing the content they have paid for. What is worse, is that there is no acknowledgment, let alone compensation, for this fault.

    It's not good enough.
    If it was working, we wouldn't be here.

    If you still don't get any emails, you can open a ticket with customer support.

    on this , i tried activating an account , no emails received , account setting in game are unavailable , the copy paste FAQ steps are useless , sent a ticket , and just waiting

    you may have typed your password wrong; before anything else, try reentering it. there is a persistent bug where you get the error message, never get an email but can still log in just fine. this has happened to me multiple times in the last few months. the employees must be obliged to regurgitate the above message from "Bill", i have never seen them recommend just trying again. this is very poor customer service.

    I'm having the same issue. I got the access code on one account, but after several tries on the other it still isn't working. This started when I tried to purchase Necrom this morning. I did receive a notification window that said an admin changed my password along with an email. The link for changine my password worked for the forums, but my account and game login password is still the old one. I can log into the game, but not my account due to the access code requirement and not receiving the access code email. Apparently, they are having multiple issues this week. I guess I'll wait and see what happens next.

    i have Thomas , Dylan , Matias , Gavin , Cristian and Nicole all reply to my email with instructions which i had followed , and Thomas the latest response just copy pasted the Instructions from what i received at the beginning of the email thread , so i am Now back to Square One of the issue , and no resolve

    i got as far as getting a URL to gain access code , but nowe i dont even get that emailed to me , so this whole support request has felt like a complete waste of time and resources
