Question about Order's Wrath/Deadly Strikes combo

Hello! One of my chars uses Order's Wrath on the body and Deadly Strikes on the jewelry/front bar staff, and a maelstrom staff on the back bar staff (and Mother Cianniatt as the monster set because I like the blue bubble effect hehe). So, when I switch to my back bar, I lose benefits 4 and 5 of Deadly Strikes. Would it be better instead to switch it around to where I lose 4 and 5 of Order's Wrath instead? Which one is better to have working on both bars?

you should be spending like 80% of your time on your front bar, so it shouldnt make too much of a difference

if you think it makes a difference, then orders wrath would be the better one to lose on back bar, as dmg from skills is calculated based on the crit chance/dmg you have active (so as soon as you switched back to your front bar, any dots you casted from your back bar will still received the bonus from orders wrath)
