Client need authentification code but no e-mail arrived

Hello Support,
if i start the patcher i get a message that my pc has no access to my account. I need a authentification code which are send by e-mail. But i get no e-mai with the code.
I have reported it on saturday morning. Only response was that i get a info with a ticketnumber. Today morning (9h ago) i asked for a recall but nothing happend too.
It will be nice if someone can help me.
