I would love them to add vampire lips with two fangs that protrude over bottom lip.

Think it would be pretty neat to add vampire lips that show two fangs that protrude over your bottom lip it could simply be added as a lip cosmetic in game or via the crown store.

Vampirs should have fangs. But please don't impose them being protruding on every vampire, only optional. I don't whant an downward orc appearance... It's the orc fangs that make me not having ever made an orc.4 -

Agreed. Options are always welcome, but I would not want protruding fangs as I would not like the look and it wouldn’t look like other ESO vampires (and I never had any desire to create any vampire character until meeting the Ravenwatch)1 -
