Does Weapon Enchant Hit First Or The Abilty?

Question regarding the weapon enchants. A nightblade gets guaranteed crit leaving stealth and I am wondering which hits first the weapon enchant )shock/flame et al) or the ability that procs it like dizzying swing.

If it was the enchant then it seems like it would be an extreme waste of a guaranteed crit.

Any stamblades out there know the answer?

Was thinking it'll have to be beserker enchant of the answer if enchant first
