Hardened Armor Bug

This skill give shield. Champion Points Discipline (red tree) have skill Shield Master that reduces the cost of your damage shield abilities by 2% per stage. I get 50 points in this skill and my Dragon Knight skill Hardened Armor did not become cheaper. Also i have skill from 1 hand and shield tree that calls Defensive Stance. Defensive Stance began use less stamina after cp passive Shield Master. Correct this.

Shield Charge dont effect by cp passive too. Wizards spam their shields. Why doesn't master shield work on other skills? Where is the logic?

2h skill Cleave dont affect bu shield master passive from cp tree. Why?
Master Shield Description: Reduces the cost of your damage shield abilities by 2% per stage.
Why Defensive Stance affceted by this passives, but Hardened Armor, Shield Charge, Cleave dont became cheaper with this passives?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Likely working as intended, as explained here:

"Note that this star currently does not affect abilities that grant a Damage Shield as an auxiliary effect, such as Ferocious Leap or Shielded Assault, which is intentional as those abilities' primary functions are not to grant Damage Shields, therefore they are not considered "Damage Shield abilities"."

There are a lot of things that aren’t explained in game, unfortunately. Or explanations that aren’t correct. Even certain loading screens now currently lie to players (e.g. the one about Craglorn’s questline being the only source of nirnhoned items). It’s a systemic issue that should definitely be examined and addressed.
