Achievements not unlocking on Xbox

Yesterday I noticed that two Thieves Guild achievements show as completed in the journal, but have not unlocked on my Xbox. Hero of Hew's Bane and Honor among Thieves both have check-marks indicating that they are completed in the journal, but are locked on my Xbox profile. I tried several fixes with the Xbox to get them to unlock and they will not unlock, so it seems like a bug and I am curious if this has been addressed as an issue? These are time consuming achievements and I do not want to attempt them on an alt to have the same problem.

Is this a known issue and has ZOS addressed it?

    i think ive seen these reports from other players that the associated xbox achievement did not award

    in the past i think thats how most people got around it was earning the achievement again, but since account wide achievements i think both of those are "account" as in you cant earn them again on an alt

    i dont play on console, so im not sure what the new workaround would be, if there was one

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    These are the troubleshooting steps that I have tried so far that have not worked.

    Clearing the console cache
    logging out and back into my Xbox profile on the console
    Uninstalled the game and reinstalled
    Cleared the local saved game data

    Achievements are a basic foundation for the game and should not be bugged considering how time-consuming most of them are. Hopefully support can comment and look into this issue. I wonder if it's a communication issue with ESO+ vs actually owing the Thieves Guild expansion ? Other achievements unlock with no issue, but for some reason the Thieves Guild are bugged, so it seems od dthat it would be only them.

    That's another broken achievement then. There is another forum post about achievements not popping. ZOS have stated they are investigating, but no word on when it'll be fixed yet.
