Alix Edette from "Litany of Blood"

This NPC (Alix Edette) does not appear in the Wayrest docs at all. Trying to catch her for the second day in a row and I can't even see her body. There are also many other people running around the docks trying to complete "Litany of Blood"

And... Alix Edette is missing again, or not on any of her known regular routes. Has her route been changed or is she simply not respawning when she should?
