Been a damn while to try to get this achievement, & yep, still freaking bugged! For I soloed the dungeon [on normal] (& this not the first time for in the past I soloed & had the 2 ingredients & gave to Jorvuld & nothing!), it would've been damn nice if I got the achievement finally to finally to be done with it, but noo, it still bugged. #$&%!

I submitted a ticket to customer service, character issue>skills/abilities/achievements, hopefully they give me the achievement that I rightfully earned! (also to everyone else (from PC players & console players alike) that have fell to this bug that should been fixed by now)

Main is Blue-Thuxis, a Argonian stamSorc, whose also is a werewolf! 2nd main, Cobalt-Thuxis, a Argonian stamArc, an identical twin sister to Blue-Thuxis, even is a werewolf as well! some alts:
Nirn-Scale Rajthux (Argonian, Templar), Ros-Ei Nature-Thuxis (Argonian, Warden), Crimson-Thuxis (Argonian, DK), Bone-Thuxis Tharn (Argonian, Necro) Why Bone-Thuxis has Tharn as a last name:
The siblings were separated at a young age due to a Dres slaver raid, Blue, Cobalt, Ros-Ei & their mother were able to escape, Crimson & Bone weren't that lucky. Crimson was later "rescued" by some Orcs that later ambushed the House Dres Dunmers, unfortunately one Dunmer remained & sadly successfully brought the young Bone-Thuxis to the Dres plantation. Later an Imperial, a Tharn, bought Bone at a auction & later told he was free, the young Argonian sadly had no idea where to go & doesn't know if his family was still alive, so the Tharn adopted him into House Tharn. This family of Argonians finally reunited years later.

Some ESO history: I originally started from PS4 NA during June 10, 2015, I did reached CP 810+ on there. I eventually kinda got tired of paying PS+, so during February 4, 2019 I started moving to PC NA. Also CP: 810+. Nowadays I play ESO PC mostly, while PS4 is dust.

    this achievement does work, but only if you do it on vet

    i agree that it is bugged though and should award on normal as well as the achievement itself does not specify vet, and is located in the "general" achievements section of scalecaller

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    I haven't touched vet Scalecaller yet for I never had intentions of doing it before. Now I do if I want to get this achievement out of the way. :/

    yeah this achievement has been like that, basically forever

    it should probably be obtainable on normal, but when i was researching how to get this several years ago some of the guides suggested you had to do it on vet

    thankfully vet is not anywhere near as hard as it used to be as long as people know the mechanics (the final boss can be tough with lower dps group since you have to avoid more of the poison sprays but still doable)
