entering into Potentate's Retreat makes my characters crash

whenever i go to my own version of the Potentate's Retreat house my game crashes. currently three characters are stuck inside. Greehnhart, Holly Blossom, and Sally Jadehart.

im on playstation 4 and on the eu server and my psn id is LunaLolaBlossom.

i havent had this issue when entering other player's versions of Potentate's Retreat, only my own.

i don't have this issue with any other houses and it's been happening for about a week. i've gotten Greehnhart out of the house twice by submitting support tickets, but i want to know why it keeps happening.

Are you near the max number of slots in that house, or perhaps did you add a bunch of furnishings recently?

it's more than 600 out of 700 traditional furnishings yes. and i started furnishing it when i bought it about a month ago. so added a lot but i've done that with other houses too like highhallow hold but never crashed in that house?

@LunaFlora Have you placed a ticket in for this yet? At least for the other stuck characters?

Hopefully you can get it sorted out now. Some types of furnishings are more stressful on the game (sorry, I can’t think of a better way to describe it now, lol).

I’m on PS5 and I have a lot of lighting furnishings in the way of glowing plants in that house, haven’t had trouble but it’s been a few weeks since I visited this house. Now I’m thinking I should go there and make sure mine is okay.
