Breath-Like-Decay not spawning in Murkmire

I was trying to complete the Argonian Calendar today and, according to my achievement progress, I'm missing only the Xulomaht Tablet which is supposed to be dropped by a mob called Breath-Like-Decay. But it doesn't show up in the place it's supposed to. Anyone had a problem like that? I'm positive I didn't pick the tablet up earlier, as I don't have it both in my inventory and in bank, and I can't place it on the calendar.
