[REQUEST] Enable reconstruction for different levels

I think it should be possible to reconstruct an armor item for other levels than level 50/cp160. At least for some mythical items.

Mora's Whisper is such an item that has boni that benefit above all new characters leveling up. I am for instance thinking of the crafting skills and the increased experience for npc kills...

I wouldn't mind a ring of the wild hunt for leveling alts myself.

Reconstruction is only allowed for max level items to ensure balance for below fifty level campaigns. Since if you have collected all pieces you can just craft a purple set and recraft higher level without losing any transmute crystals.

If you learn traits on lower level characters you can reconstruct items at their level. The exception is monster sets and mythics.

Certain monster sets. Some can be reconstructed below 50.

Ah yes, forgot about the Imperial City ones because you can also acquire them below 50.

You can acquire other monster helms below 50 too. You can queue for base game vets at 45 and can walk in with friends below that. (Or solo them, if you can.)

There is a major inconsistency with reconstruction in monster helms.
