Is Rune Priest's Sword designed to be like that?

Those swords's VFX are not antisymmetric but symmetric. I mean there is no left-hand/right-hand difference.
The right sword's runic symbols are shining to the right side.
The left sword's runic symbols are also shining to the right side.
Don't you think the left sword's runic symbols should be shining to the left side?

i think almost all of those rune priest weapons have some kind of visual bug

the staff is missing most or all the runes
the shield has the animated graphic turned like sideways
the swords (1h/2h) are either missing some runes or they are floaty like in your screenshot

I think the problems you pointed out are fixed :





The only remaining problem is there is one 1h-sword for right-hand and for only right-hand When you hold it on your left hand, it's still a right-hand sword as seen in my 1st post

well that is good that those are fixed lol (i didnt have any of these styles so didnt notice they were fixed lol)

im guessing the issue your seeing is that it was an oversight for duel wield case lol

Tbh, I see lots of problems(including some problems I had pointed out) got solved here. However, this one didn't get attention for some reason I don't understand.

I think it's a right-hand/left-hand design problem.

The weapons don't differentiate between right or left hands, so they use the same for both, fixing it would require making another item for left hands which would be a lot of work and require adding countless weapon items to the game files.

Actually, if they make it shine to the both sides instead of only to the 1 side, then there will be no right-hand/left-hand difference like other weapons. Then 1 same sword for 2 different hands would be OK.

But I doubt it would look beautiful. I guess anti-symmetric design, shining to the different sides, was the original design idea here.
