Forums are behaving strangely

A few times today when I came to the forums I was met with a screen saying it was prohibited. I reloaded the page a couple of times then the site appeared but I was logged out and had to log back in every time. Is anything like this happening to any one else?

This happened on my phone and my PC using Chrome.

I'm just glad the 200 pinned threads are gone and its only 2 now

I've been getting the same prohibited messages and have also received site unavailable messages. Sometimes the reload gets me back still logged in and other times I have to relogin. For me it started over the weekend but has become more frequent. I assumed it is related to whatever is causing the pinned threads to be messed up.

This happened on my phone and my PC.

A similar issue to this happened to me earlier today with the unexpected signed out of the forums. There is a discussion about these issues found in the bug report forums.

I think this is what I had as well, when I managed to open the forums properly and tried to login it hit me with a "adminstration needs you to reset your password" or something like that

I just read this thread when I noticed I had been logged out. I almost never log out. Didn't have any trouble getting back on forum, but it was strange.

I got force logged out as well, both on PC and mobile. Also saw the “You don’t have permission to do that” screen.

Same here, logged out when it almost never occurs. That, combined with the pinned threads playing Thread Tetris, doesn't fill me with much confidence in the forum software being used (which I suspect is way out of date).

Kevin seemed to imply in another thread that this isn't intentional ("there is something going on with sticky threads"), and they are looking into it.

I got that error message, and had to log-in just a few minutes ago.
