I saw this mentioned in /zone and verified this myself. Completed the event, even the entire dungeon, but no update on Endavour. Still at 1/7 (for earlier this morning in Stormhaven).

✭✭✭✭It's fixed in the latest set of patch notes on PTS, so that means the full fix will be in when the DLC drops.
Until then, you'll need to do a different group event for the endeavor.2
