Fragments not updating when Deck Fragments are earned

I recently noticed that in the Fragments section for Orgnum and Ansei, it shows I have not collected fragments that I have collected. I even went and played the Tribute authors again to try to get it to update. I get in game notice when I beat them that I have the fragment, but it doesn't show up in the fragments area. Hopefully this can be fixed at some point
