Old Orsinium - bugged door

Hello,
i have done the quest in Old Orsinium. (yest talk with Nashruth - done the aspect of Malacath also did puzzle door for the first time)
When i go back and click on NPC it say - he is dead - cant get quest second time ^^

At the puzzle door all is inactive and when i click on the door i got info "you cannot use that door right now"

other option to sole this issue than a support ticket?

Need my skyshard from there

    Having this same problem. The only way I can get in is if I am grouped with another person. I tried taking off all my add-ons and that did not help. I am trying to get the lead for the anvil so I am pretty bummed.

    theres another longstanding bug thread on this issue, supposedly it has been resolved in the current PTS, so might be fixed when the next update is out

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
