Playing with Augmented, don't bother trying

I got bored so I wanted to see the actual in-game values of wearing all Augmented with Companions, and it's a little more disappointing than I thought. Running the numbers is one thing, seeing what is and what isn't affected when you actually put it down is another.

Values are with 31% Augmented, Two-Handed Weapon, and Medium Armor. Tested with Bastian.

Bastian
Unleashed Rage: Stuns for 5.2 seconds
Fiery Flail: Sets off balance for 9.2 seconds
Scorching Strike: 14352 damage over 9.9 seconds
Drake's Blood: 10.5 seconds
Crushing Claws: Immobilizes for 5.2 econds
Basalt Barrier: 4350 damage absorb for 7.9 seconds
Searing Weapons: 15% weapon damage for 10.5 seconds

Two-Handed
Staggering Swing: Stuns for 3.3 seconds
Sunder: 4784 damage over 9.9 seconds

One-Hand and Shield
Provoke: Taunts for 19.7 seconds
Bashing Bulwark: Stuns for 5.2 seconds
On Guard: 25% Absorb for 7.9 seconds

Dual-Wield
Swift Assault: 1914 damage over 0.8 seconds
Razor Cape: 1914 damage every 2 seconds over 10.5 seconds

Bow
Trick Shot Immobilizes for 5.2 seconds
Viper's Bite: 14352 damage over 9.9 seconds

Destruction Staff
Destructive Blast Flame Stun 3.3 seconds, Frost taunt 19.7 seconds
Elemental Barricade: 11682 damage over 10.5 seconds

Restoration Staff
Rejuvenation: 10440 healing over 10.5 seconds
Mending Incantation: 7000 resistance for 10.5 seconds
Mystic Fortress: 26100 absorb for 7.9 seconds

Heavy Armor
Bulwark: Has conflicting numbers, Duration says 6.6 seconds while Description says 5 seconds

Fighters Guild
Biting Trap: Immobilizes for 5.2 seconds

Mages Guild
Reverse Entropy: 15654 healing over 10.5 seconds

Undaunted
Savage Instincts: Taunts for 19.7 seconds
Skeletal Aegis: 30% damage shield for 7.9 seconds

Ritual of Salvation and Crimson Font are unaffected, possibly because they are external ground effects. As for why some abilities with the duration of 8 seconds are increased to the full 10.5 seconds while others stop short at 9.9 seconds meaning for those abilities their true duration is 7.5 seconds; it just rounds up to 8 seconds. Increased durations do not appear to change the amount of damage, healing, or absorbs done; only increasing the length they are active. This means the damage over time and healing over time effects are doing less per tick in the long run? That can't be right, it would mean you're actually reducing the effectiveness of your companion with Augmented. The only good side is that Absorbs last longer, assuming they aren't consumed before the duration runs out. Stuns, Immobilizes, taunts, and other negative debuffs do benefit greatly; however, Quickened still gives you more Uptime on average PPM.

    Beam of Reproach: Unaffected, would have been the same as Blessed Sacrament

    Mirri
    Impeccable Shot: 20% more damage for 3.9 seconds, actually useful I'm surprised
    Shadow Slash: Off balance for 9.2 seconds
    Ghostly Evasion: 20% reduced damage for 10.5 seconds
    Masque of Torment: Fear for 5.2 seconds
    Twilight Mantle: Unaffected, not that I would want her to be invisible longer
    Blood Transfusion: 16122 healing over 10.5 seconds

    Ember
    Raging Storm: Unaffected, it would have been 2 maybe 3 extra ticks
    Shocking Burst: 6567 damage over 10.5 seconds
    Entomb: Immobilizes for 5.2 seconds, 15950 heal over 10.5 seconds
    Hurricane Visage: 20% reduced damage, 5841 damage over 10.5 seconds
    Trickster's Trap: Stun for 3.9 seconds
    Shared Ward: Absorb shield for 7.9 seconds, 5313 healing over 10.5 seconds

    So I been going over the numbers and like to make some suggestions to making it somewhat more desirable. Raise the amount of increase per quality, then set a cap based on the cooldown of the ability its being applied.

    Uncommon = 2.8% / 33%
    Superior = 3.5% / 42%
    Epic = 4.2% / 50%
    Future companion with Augmented as their racial passive needs to be 10%.

    Abilities with cooldown 8 seconds reaches a cap of 33%
    Abilities with a cooldown of 12 seconds reaches a cap of 40%
    Abilities with a cooldown of 16 seconds reaches a cap of 50%
    Abilities with a cooldown of 36 seconds and Ultimate reaches a cap of 60%
    Please don't cop out the Companion with racial passive Augmented to have less than 8 seconds effect Ultimate, it still doesn't go over 12.8 seconds at the maximum Augmented.

    This would prevent some abilities from having a 100% uptime particularly those with a cooldown of 8 seconds like Hurricane Visage would be up nonstop. At maximum rate of 33% and cast time, there would still be a 1 second pause between casts.
