how can I purchase Blackwood as an upgrade?

I already have Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr and Greymoor. I bought them all separate over the last couple years.I've been away from the game for a while. Is there a way to purchase JUST the Blackwood upgrade? Thanks

✭✭It should be in the Crownstore as a DLC I think, so buy crowns then buy from store.
