So, i'm going after the Savior of Morrowind business, and these two things are things i can't get done without some good help, i'd assume, by the sounds of them.

✭✭✭✭You didn't say what server you're on. Anyhow:
The Forgotten Wastes one is the more straightforward of the two, and also the more straightforward to find in the first place.
As with most (not all) boss fights, it's mainly a matter of surviving incoming damage. If you need an ultimate skill to help you do so in the final part of the fight, so be it; after a couple of tries, you should find it pretty easy to recognize when that phase starts.
The other one -- once you've finally found its location! -- mainly takes patience, as you need to chase the boss back and forth and kill a bunch of minor adds during a series of immunity phases.
